Join in a series of facilitated art workshops, exploring and responding to the science of changing climates, floods and droughts on Kangaroo island, past and present.
In these three workshops, participants will engage with the place-specific research and associated materials (sediment core samples and microscopic imaging equipment) relating to the current work of paleoclimatologist and isotope geochemist, Dr. Jon Tyler, and his team from the University of Adelaide. In response, artists Dominique and Samuel Chen from Walking Story will facilitate an exploration of the materials and concepts contained within the science, through various artistic methods.
